I have been a licensed Realtor since 2005 and have owned a successful real estate brokerage in Wisconsin since 2010! I am proud to have been offering our clients similar savings in the sale of their home as we offer at LISTED Realty! I have been committed and will continue to be committed to offering the highest level of representation to my clients and their homes at a lower rate than what seller’s normally anticipate for that high level of service.
In addition to representing hundreds of clients over the years in the sale and purchase of homes I am also co-owner of Advance Title & Closing LLC.
I am excited to continue to my journey in real estate as a licensed broker in Florida where I currently own one of multiple vacation rental homes. In addition to my destinations from the National Association of Realtors as a Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyers Representative, Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, C2EX (commitment to excellence) I am most recently designated as a Resort and Second Home Property Specialist.
A little about myself… I have a Bachelor degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison which I completed in 2003. My husband and I have been married for 17 years and we have 2 sons, Joey and Johnny and a daughter, Ellie It was a joint decision for me to end the structure of a salaried position shortly after we got married and instead do what I truly enjoy! My passion for real estate lead me to my career choice.
